He’s a wonderful writer, teacher and mentor and an excellent speaker and inspires and motivates people (including myself) throughout the country on a wide variety of topics from health and wellness, to assertiveness and leadership. I am lucky to call him a colleague and a friend and would recommend him to anyone looking to support their team and new starters or looking for a speaker for an event or team building activities. It’s been lovely to follow his journey to date and I look forward to see where he goes next. Oh and you must read his book!!

I finally got round to finishing this book written by Michael Quigley ♦️
I didn’t know what to expect when I started, I don’t think I fully understood what I was about to read.
Now I do, and I think everyone should read this. Even if you don’t utilise any of the suggestions Michael gives you, it opens your eyes to looking at the world around you at a completely different angle.
Hats off to you, for putting everything into this book and I cannot wait to read more of your work.
There seem to be many books out there at the moment that try and offer advice and guidance to help improve your life but I’ve found they offer little substance in “real life” examples. Michaels book, however, does that, but it does it in a way that you can easily relate to and reflect from. I would very much recommend everyone read this whether they are looking at self development or not. I look forward to further publications.
