We will create a bespoke onboarding experience for new staff members. 1-2 hours with business owner or HR manager receiving new employee objectives and company culture information. 4 hours with new employee understanding their learning style, how they work best, mapping out how they are going to meet objectives. Second day-2 hours- create action plan for what employee is going to do in first 12 months, how they are going to go about it, time frames, additional support information, wellbeing and health plan, support and information points. Employee emerges having had a unique, personalised onboarding experience with a detailed action plan tailored to their unique needs and person. Total time- 6 hours.
Where appropriate Follow up phone calls/meetups to support 3, 6, 9 and 12 months in. Opportunity to scale for larger companies to train and support managers and leaders.
